Additional Conditions
1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. CCTV will be installed to a reasonable standard in consultation with South Yorkshire Police: a) Images will be recorded in colour. b) Recorded images will be retained on the system for 28 days (and longer if specifically requested by the Police in the event of an incident taking place. c) The system shall be capable of producing immediate copies of recordings on site. Copies of recordings will either be recorded at good quality VHS video (from either a video based system or a digital system) or into a Microsoft Window compatible video, CD or DVD (on a digital system). d) Copies of recordings shall be produced on request (against a signature) to a Police Officer, member of the Police Staff or Officer of the Local Authority on production of his/her identification. 3. The premises will operate the Challenge 21 Scheme which requires photographic identification from any person who appears to be under the age of twenty one years. 4. The sale of alcohol off the premises will be with food orders only. 5. Children under the age of 16 years should be accompanied by a person eighteen years old or over. 6. Members of staff will clear any litter erinating from the premises, directly outside or in the immediate vicinity of the premises. 7. The designated premises supervisor will act as the lead Child Safeguarder. 8. Floor surfaces in public areas and thoroughfares shall have a suitable non-slip finish. 9. A satisfactory electrical certificate shall be provided for the premises. 10. The new premises licence shall not become effective until the Health Protection Service have inspected the premises with regard to the electrical certificate, floor surfaces and any other matter raised during the consultation period, to ensure that these items have been appropriately addressed in respect of service requirements.
