There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children.
A colour CCTV system to the specification of South Yorkshire Police will be fitted, maintained and in use at all times whilst the premises are open. The CCTV images will be stored for 31 days and police and authorised officers of the council will be given access to images for purposes in connection with the prevention and detection of crime and disorder. The violent incident protocol as drafted by the South Yorkshire Police dated August 2009 shall be adopted as a management practice at the site. The Applicant will liaise with the Police at all times in relation to matters arising in connection with the Prevention of Crime and Disorder. The licence holder will provide and maintain litter bins outside his premises at all times the premises are open. The licence holder will ensure that clear and legible notices shall be displayed in a prominent place at all exits requesting their patrons to respect the needs of the local residents and to leave the premises and local area quietly. No children under the age of 16 will be allowed to enter or remain on the premises after 23:00 hours (11pm).
