1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. CCTV will operate at the premises & the data retained for a period of 31 days. The stored data will be made available to the authorities on request. 3. Whenever the Designated Premises Supervisor (DPS) is not at the premises another person shall be nominated by them to be the responsible person to manage the premises. 4. Any person who looks or appears to be under the age of 21 shall be asked to provide ID to prove that they are over the age of 18. 5. Only the UK photo card driving licence, passport or government approved pass logo cards will be accepted as proof of age. 6. All staff members responsible for making sales of alcohol will be trained in their responsibilities. The training will be recorded & made available to the authorities.
