Additional Conditions
1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. A satisfactory electrical certificate shall be provided for the premises. 3. Shelving and display units for the purposes of displaying alcohol must be of suitable design, construction and adequately secured. 4. The premises licence shall not become effective until the Health Protection Service have inspected the premises with regard to the electrical certificate and shelving to ensure these items have been appropriately addressed in accordance with service requirements. 5. A recognised proof of age scheme must be operated in compliance by the guidance issued by the Sheffield Safeguarding Children Board, South Yorkshire Police and Sheffield City Council Trading Standards. This must include the maintenance of a refusals register. Staff must be trained to operate the scheme and staff training records must be maintained and made available to the authorities on request. 6. A colour CCTV system to the specification of South yorkshire Police will be fitted, maintained and in use at all time whilst the premises are open. The CCTV images will be stored for 31 days and the Police, and authorised officers of council will be given access to the images for purposes in connection with the prevention and detection of crime and disorder. members of the management team will be trained in the use of the system. A copy of the specification dated January 2010 will be available at all times for inspection of the Police and authorised officers. 7. A copy of South Yorkshire Police, Violent Incident Protocol is to be displayed within the premises in sight of staff. This protocol should also form part of staff training and training records to reflect such input. 8. The holder of the premises licence shall nominate a member of staff to remove and dispose of any litter outside the premises originating from the premises.
