1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. The premises are covered by CCTV. The system records and the data is retained for a minimum of 28 days. The data will be made to the authorities upon request. 3. The premises have an alarm system. 4. Whenever the DPS is not present the premises will be managed by a suitably responsible person. 5. The challenge 21 scheme will be adopted at the premises. Any person who appears to be under the age of 21 will be asked to provide identification to prove that they are over the age of 18.
