Additional Conditions
1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. The premises shall operate primarily as a coffee shop with a minimum of 30 covers for coffee and light snacks. The provision of alochol shall be ancillary to this style of operation. 3. An incident book will be kept on the premises and kept in date for inspection by the Police or an authorised officer of the Council. 4. Staff will be trained in relation to underage sales. Training records will be kept and available for inspection by the Police or an authorised officer of the Council. 5. Windows and doors will be kept closed during regulated entertainment hours. 6. Passports, driving licence or citizencards with photographic identity will be the only acceptable proof of age. 7. A refusals log book for alcohol sales will be kept on the premises and updated regularly for inspection by the police or an authorised officer of the Council. 8. Staff will make regular checks in and around the premises for any litter.
