1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. At each point of sale customers must provide their name, date of birth and address. On delivery of the goods the details provided will be verified to ensure the customer receiving the order is the same person who placed the order, and confirm the customer is over the age of 18 years. 3. Identification must be provided on delivery, all staff must be trained in the recognition of acceptable forms of valid identification, including the detection of counterfeit forms of identification. 4. A refusals register must be kept. 5. A CCTV system must be installed. 6. Challenge 25 Policy will be adhered to. 7. Responsible Retailer Scheme training will be undertaken with Trading Standards. 8. No sale will be taken from a member of the public attending at the premises. 9. The premises will not be open to public access. 10. All sales will be made via telecomunications and orders will only be delivered to the address provided by the customer. 11. Orders will be refused if at any point the customer is believed to be inappropriately intoxicated. 12. Delivery drivers will not play radio systems, bang doors, sound the vehicles horn or knock loudly at premises to prevent noise nuisance.
