Additional Conditions
1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. The event will be stewarded by SIA security. 3. Covered Heras fencing will line the perimeter of the event site to ensure that only ticket holders and staff will be able to access the premises site, and to prevent from crowding in public areas external to the site. 4. Bag checks will be carried out on the entrance to the site to prevent the risk of dangerous and/or illegal articles, substances or materials being brought on site. 5. A Safety will be appointed and in post for the event. 6. The event will be ticketed with admission open to all ages, with under 14s required to be accompanied by an adult over 18. 7. All bars will operate a Challenge 25 policy and a refusals log maintained throughout the event. 8. A senior member of the event management team or other such responsible person shall be designated to act as the co-ordinator for safeguarding systems at the event. This member of staff must act in compliance with the guidance and training provided by Sheffield Safeguarding Children's Board and provide a written children and young people's risk assessment for each event. 9. The event will be operated in line with agreed guidance from the Safety Advisory Group and the Statement of Intent as agreed with the local Policing Authority. 10. All health and safety matters are highlighted in the Operational and Health & Safety Plan of the organisation responsible for the event, with all activities being carried out under a risk assessment in accordance with the Safety Advisory Group.
