1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. The premises shall operate primarily as an off licence with ancillary on sales. 3. On-sales will cease at 22:00 hours. 4. An incident book will be maintained to record any activity of a violent, criminal or antisocial nature. The record will contain the time and date, the nature of incident, the people involved, the action taken and the details of the person responsible for the management of the premises at the time of the incident. The incident book will be available for inspection and records retained for 12 months. 5. No customers will be permitted to leave the premises with open drinking containers. 6. Legible and clear notices will be displayed requesting customers and staff to leave the premises in an orderly and quiet manner. 7. Bottle skips and bins containing cans or bottles will not be emptied outside after 22:00 hours but will be dealt with the next day during normal office hours. 8. No children under the age of 18 will be permitted to enter the premises unless accompanied by an adult. 9. A Challenge 25 proof of age scheme will be operated. 10. Acceptable forms of ID will be PASS accredited proof of age card, photo driving licence and passport. 11. A system of recording sales refused under the proof of age scheme will be operated at all times. It will be kept on the premises for production, on request, to an officer of a responsible Authority. Records will be retained for a minimum of 12 months.
1. Only cask and bottled beers will be made available for sale. 2. No verticle drinking is permitted. 3. Doors and windows to be closed, save for access and egress, after 7pm.
