Additional Conditions
1. No licensable activities will take place under the authority of this licence until the premises have been inspected by the Relevant Authorities, and the licence holder has been notified that the premises are suitable. Any reasonable requirements of the authorities will be complied with in order to ensure that the premises are suitable for their intended use. 2. A colour CCTV system to the specification of South Yorkshire Police will be fitted, maintained and in use at all times the premises are open. CCTV images will be stored for 28 days. Police (or an Authorised officer of the Council) will be given access to, and copies of images for purposes in connection with the prevention and detection if crime and disorder, the applicant shall also liaise with the Police to ensure that the tapes are suitable for immediate viewing. 3. The Designated Premises Supervisor for these premises must be a registered member of Sheffield Licence Watch. Annual membership and meeting attendance should be maintained. 4. Anyone who appears to be under the age of 21 shall require appropriate photographic proof of age before being served alcohol. 5. The sale of alcohol will be refused to patrons who are acting in a drunken disorderly manner. 6. Any gathering of youths will be encouraged to disperse away from the premises in order to prevent public nuisance. 7. The alcohol shall only be provided in conjunction with pre- arranged orders and with sale of food. 8. Alcohol for consumption off the premises to be purchased from the premises only and not to be delivered by the holder of the premises licence or his employee to a business or residential address. Off-Sales with deliveries 9. All alcohol sales for delivery will be in association with and accompany a substantial food order. 10. All sales of alcohol will be via credit / debit card, but where not possible. The customer will provide a recognized form of identification no matter what their age, prior to the sale being completed, and a record of these details will be kept. 11. The person delivering the alcohol order must be aged 21 years or older, and must be the holder of a current Personal Licence. 12. The Challenge 21 rule must be enforced rigorously with all deliveries of alcohol and where necessary only recognized forms of identification used to verify the age of the recipient customer. 13. Only alcohol relating to the specific orders being delivered may be carried upon the delivery vehicle at the time of the order being delivered. 14. Documentation identifying the extent of each order must be carried upon the delivery vehicle and readily available for inspection at any time.
