Additional Conditions
1. Alcoholic and other drinks may not be removed from the premises 2. A Colour CCTV system to the specification of South Yorkshire Police will be fitted, maintained and in use at all times when the premises are open. CCTV images will be stored for 28 days. Police will be given access to the copies of images for purposes in connection with the prevention and detection of crime and disorder. 3. The premises will operate as a restaurant with seated dining, and facilities for occasional consumption of alcohol without food. Substantial food will be available up to one hour before sales of alcohol cease. 4. Children under the age of 16 shall not remain on the premises after 8:00pm, unless dining. 5. The designated premises supervisor, or some such other person, will be assigned to act as lead safeguarder for childrens issues at the premises. 6. Any films/video/TV broadcasts will be suitable for childrens viewing during periods that children are allowed and classification restrictions will be observed.
