Additional Conditions
1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. A satisfactory electrical certificate shall be provided for the premises. 3. Shelving and display units for the purposes of displaying alcohol must be of suitable design, construction and adequately secured. 4. The new premises licence shall not become effective until the Health Protection Service have inspected the premises with regard to the electrical certificate, shelving and any other matter raised during the consultation period, to ensure that these items have been appropriately addressed in respect of Service requirements. 5. A colour CCTV system to the specification of South Yorkshire Police will be fitted, maintained and in use at all times whilst the premises are open. The CCTV images will be stored for 31 days and police and authorised officers of the council will be given access to images for purposes in connection with the prevention and detection of crime and disorder. Members of the management team will be trained in the use of the system. A copy of the specification dated January 2010 will be available at all times for inspection of the police and authorised officers. 6. A copy of the SYP Violent Incident Protocol to be displayed within the premises in sight of staff. This protocol should also form part of staff training and training records to reflect such input. 7. The holder of the premises licence shall nominate a member of staff to remove and dispose of any litter outside the premises originating from their business. 8. No customers apparently carrying open bottles of what appears to be alcohol upon entry shall be admitted to the premises at any time the premises are open to the public. 9. The holder of the premises licence shall nominate a member of staff to actively discourage children from congregating in and around the premises. 10. The designated premises supervisor will be assigned to act as lead safeguarder for childrens issues at the premises. 11. The Challenge 21 scheme will be implemented and adopted at all times the premises are open to the public. 12. A refusals log will be kept at the premises and made available for inspection by any of the authorities. 13. The DPS will be a member of the local licence watch and to attend regular meetings.
