ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1. Children under the age of 18 shall not be permitted to enter the premises after 22:30 hours unless accompanied by a responsible adult and attending a pre-booked function or dining.
2. A CCTV system will operate during the hours of trading, capture and recording of images are to be made to a hard drive capable of replay and external down load. Date and time will be stamped on images and alteration will not be possible. Recording facility will be specified to 31 day cycle. Access for the Police and Enforcement Authorities will be available subject to the requirements of the Data Protection Act.
3. The premises will only accept passprt/driving licence, Council approved proof of age cards and Forces Warrant Card with photograph as proof of age.
4. The Cinema in line with company policy will operate a challenge 21 policy for the sale of alcohol.
5. A substantial food offer will be available throughout the day along with soft drinks and tea/coffee and pre theatre menus will be available.
6. The number of attendants on each floor will be as follows:-
1-100 audience = 1 attendant
101 - 250 audience = 2 attendants
And one additional attendant for each additional 250 persons (or thereof)
7. No drinks shall be sold for consumption by closely seated audiences except in plastic or paper containers.
8. Notices will be displayed at the exit to the premises asking customers to leave quietly.
9. Full sound proofing of the building has taken place and an acoustic report will be available.
10. Where a programme includes a film recommended by the licensing authority as falling into the 12A, 15 or 18 category, no person appearing to be under the age of 12 and unaccompanied, or under 15 or 18 as approproate shall be admitted to any part of the programme and the Licence Holder shall display in a conspicuous position a notice in the following terms:-
