ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1. Whilst the club is open for any licensable activity there shall be sufficient competent staff on duty at the premises for the purpose of fulfilling the terms and conditions of the license and for preventing crime and disorder.
2. The Licensee shall ensure that all staff will undertake training in their responsibilities in relation to the sale of alcohol, particularly with regard to drunkenness and underage persons.
3. Clear rules shall be established around serving alcohol responsibly and avoiding service to intoxicated patrons or minors.
4. “Challenge 21” or “Challenge 25” policy shall be in place to check the age of any patron who looks under 21 or 25. Required valid ID, such as a passport or driver’s license shall be required for age verification.
5. There shall be clear communication with local law enforcement to establish protocols for when to call for assistance, whether for medical emergencies, intoxicated patrons, or violent incidents.
6. There shall be limited promotional activities that encourage excessive drinking, such as "all you can drink" specials or high-volume discounts, standing while drinking in crowded areas, which can lead to unregulated consumption and loss of control.
7. There shall be food and non-alcoholic drinks offered as alternatives to slow down alcohol intake.
8. Facilities shall be kept in good condition and regularly monitored to prevent drug use or vandalism.
9. Patrons who are causing disturbances shall be removed and worked with to leave the premises safely to prevent incidents outside the club.
10. All customers shall be asked to leave the premise quietly.
11. Clear and legible notices will be prominently displayed to remind customers to leave quietly and have regard to our neighbours.

Staff will receive training concerning , but not limited to,
-Vulnerability awareness
-Crime scene preservation
-Drugs policies
-Underage sales/Challenge 25 scheme /Proxy Sales/Fake ID’s
-Dispersal policies
Suitable refresher training to be completed at least once per calendar year commencing the year after their date of employment. A written record to be retained for a minimum of 12 months and shall be made available to the Police and/or Licensing Authority upon request.
It is considered that for the nature of the operation door supervisors will not be required however, a risk assessment will be undertaken should unusual events takes place and if they consider it appropriate will employ the same.
An incident/refusals book shall be kept at the premises, in which details of crime and/or disorder relating to the premises shall be recorded. Such records to be retained for at least 12 months and available for inspection on request.
The use of glass alternative drinking vessels shall be utilised in accordance with the premises assessment of risk.
