Additional Conditions
1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children, save for the use of authorised AWP machines. 2. Anyone who appears to be under the age if 21 shall require appropriate proof of age before being served alcohol. 3. No unaccompanied children allowed on the premises. 4. Anyone under the age of 14 will only be allowed in the lounge area and must be off the premises by 21:00 hours unless attending a pre-arranged function. 5. CCTV is to be installed within three months of Second Appointed Day (24/11/05) in accordance with the minimum standards of South Yorkshire Police at positions agreed with South Yorkshire Police (to include the car park) and the images to be stored for 31 days or such lesser period as agreed with South Yorkshire Police. The CCTV equipment is to be maintained and in operation when the premises are trading. The Police (or an authorized officer of the council) is to be given access to the images for purposes in connection with the prevention of crime and disorder. 6. External lighting to be provided in order to enhance the CCTV images where necessary. 7. A permanent fixed residual current device (RCD) must protect the electrical power supply serving all amplified music equipment used for the purpose of live music and other entertainment. 8. There is to be no external drinking after 23:00 hours Monday to Saturday and 22:30 hours on Sunday. 9. All doors and windows shall be closed, save for access and egress, whenever regulated entertainment is present on the premises. 10. The Premises Licence holder shall prominently display notices on all exits reminding patrons to leave the premises in a quiet and orderly fashion and to respect the local neighbours needs. 11. The Designated Premises Supervisor or Designated Member of Staff must take a pro-active approach to noise control, checking outside the premises to ensure that noise is kept to a reasonable level from patrons using the external areas and manage noise levels internally so as to not to cause a nuisance to any nearby noise sensitive properties. 12. Regulated entertainment in the form of live music at the premises will be regulated by the installation of a suitable noise limiter at site. The noise limiter will cut the power supply to performer's equipment when sound created by performers exceeds a level fixed in co-operation with Sheffield Environmental Protection Services or when Emergency exits are open. Such a device shall be installed within 28 days of the grant of the Premises Licence.
