ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1. There shal be CCTV covering all relevant external and internal areas.
2. CCTV shall be monitored throughout trading hours.
3. CCTV images to be kept for a minimum of 30 days and preserved in compatibility with best practice.
4. Alcohol will only be consumed by visitors not using the climbing facilities or those who have finished climbing.
5. Customers shall not be permitted to use the climbing facilities after drinking alcohol.
6.Clear signage shall be displayed informing customers where alcohol cannot be consumed.
7. Challenge 25 policy with staff training to ensure understanding of and acceptable forms of lD
8. Staff shall receive training on matters concerning underage sales, drugs policies, and operating procedures. Records of such training will be kept and made available for inspection of the authorities.
9. Zero tolerance to illegal drug activity
10. Alcohol shall be on sale when food service is in operation.
11. The Licensee shall Ensure that Adequate supervision of the premises is maintained at all times during the carrying out of licensable activities and that all staff are trained in ensuring compliance with the licensing objectives at all times.
12. Alcohol shall be served in toughened glass
13. Any off premise sales shall be sold in sealed containers.
14. Adequate lighting will be maintained throughout all public areas, with a zero tolerance policy regarding illegal substances, offensive weapons and persons with an unpleasant/aggressive attitude.
15. There shall be an incident log and all refusals shall be logged.
16. Any person causing public nuisance will be banned from the premises.
17. Regular external checks will be undertaken, and all resident complaints recorded with remedial action regarded as being of paramount importance.

18. Customers will not be permitted to use the climbing facilities after consuming alcohol.
19. Anyone climbing in Unit E will be required to wear a wristband and will not be allowed to consume alcohol whilst wearing a wristband.
