ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1. Staff shall be trained in customer safety, prevention of nuisance and prevention of crime and disored.
2. CCTV shall be installed and maintained at the premises.
3. Staff shall monitor customer behaviour and refuse service to anyone acting aggressively or unlawfully.
4. Any incidents of crime or disorder shall be reported to the police where necessary.
5. Staff will take reasonable steps to minimise noise and disturbance to nearby residents and businesses.
6. Customers will be asked to leave the premises quietly.
7. Litter arising from the business will be regularly cleared and waste will be disposed of responsibly.
8. Deliveries and collections will be managed to reduce disturbance in the local area.
9. Children on the premises will be supervised by parents or guardians where appropriate.
10. Any concerns regarding the welfare of children will be reported to the relevant authorities if necessary.
