ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1. The premises will operate a CCTV system covering all public areas, with recordings retain for a minimum 28 days and made available to the police upon request.
2. A refusal log will be maintained, and staff will be trained to refuse sales to intoxicated persons.
3. Appropriate measures will be taken to prevent theft and anti social behavior.
4. Staff will be trained in licensing law and the responsible sale of age-restricted products.
5. The premises will operate in a manner that minimizes disturbance to local residents. clear signage will be displayed requesting customers to respect neighbours and leave the area quietly.
6. Deliveries and waste disposal will be managed responsibly to avoid noise disturbance.
7. A challenge 25 policy will be in place, requiring customers who appear under 25 to provide valid photographic identification. Acceptable form of ID will include a passport, driving license, or PASS approved card.
8. Staff will be trained in age verification and a refusals register will be maintained.
