GROUND FLOOR Function Room and Prefunction Area / Prefunction Lounge when used together as one. 220 GROUND FLOOR Function Room 220 GROUND FLOOR Each of two Prefunction Bar / Meeting Rooms 110 GROUND FLOOR Prefunction Area / Lounge 300 GROUND FLOOR All above areas in independent use 300 FIRST FLOOR Restaurant Areas 194 FIRST FLOOR Meeting Room 4 120 Permitted Hours (1) Subject to sub-paragraph (2) below, the days and hours during which any public entertainment specified in the licence is permitted to be held shall be as follows: - (a) Monday 10:00am until 02:00am the following day (b) Tuesday 10:00am until 02:00am the following day (c) Wednesday 10:00am until 02:00am the following day (d) Thursday 10:00am until 02:00am the following day (e) Friday 10:00am until 02:00am the following day (f) Saturday 10:00am until 02:00am the following day (g) Sunday 11:00am until 11:00pm Where the Council is of the opinion that in order to avoid or reduce any disturbance of or annoyance to residents in the neighbourhood of the premises or the occurrence of disorderly conduct in the premises, it is desirable for the permitted hours specified in sub-paragraph (1) above to be varied, the Council may, after affording the licensee the opportunity of making representations to the Council, by notice served on the licensee vary the permitted hours and thereafter the hours specified in the notice shall apply in substitution for the hours specified in sub-paragraph (1) above. Other Special Conditions That all the doors leading from the Ground Floor Function Rooms out on the Canal Basin will be locked and alarmed at 11:00pm every evening. The Licensee shall have fitted to the outside of the premises (Canal Basin area) a CCTV camera that gives 24 hour coverage of the area immediately outside the Function Rooms. The doors from the function rooms to the canal basin will be checked regularly by the premises staff. 1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children.
