Additional Conditions
1. Illumination is provided to the exterior areas of the pub, including the rear car park. 2. The licensees and bar staff monitor customers behaviour especially during busy periods 3. The premises are a member of the Pub Watch scheme. 4. There is an under 21 proof of age scheme in place. 5. Zero tolerance on drugs. 6. The premises is equipped with emergency lighting, illuminated exit signs and fire detection system throughout the building. 7. All fire fighting equipment is serviced annually and there is a contact in place. 8. All portable electrical appliances are tested annually. 9. There are current electrical and gas certificates in place. 10. The pub promotes a licensed taxi service to facilitate its customers onward journeys. 11. When required, staff organise taxis to transport customers home and customers are seen off the premises and encouraged to disperse quietly at closing time. 12. Except for access and egress, all windows and doors to remain closed when live or recorded music is played. 13. Signs near the exits of the premises must clearly communicate that guests must respect the needs of local residents, and leave the premises quietly. 14. No striptease, no nudity. 15. To comply with the reasonable requirements of South Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service. 16. The premises and external areas including the rear beer garden and external smoking area should be covered by CCTV to the South Yorkshire Police specification, to reduce incidents of crime and disorder. The colour CCTV system will be fitted to South Yorkshire Police specification, maintained and in use at all times the premises are open. CCTV images will be stored for a minimum of 28 days. Police will be given access to and copies of images for purposes in connection with the prevention and detection of crime and disorder. 17. New floor surfaces in public areas and thoroughfares shall have a suitable non-slip finish. 18. A satisfactory electrical certificate shall be provided for the premises. 19. The varied premises licence shall not become effective until the health Protection Service have inspected the premises with regard to the electrical certificate, floor surfaces and any other matter raised during the consultation period, to ensure that these items have been appropriately addressed in respect of service requirements. 20.Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult. 21. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children.
