Additional Conditions
1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. When dancing is to take place on the premises in an area not previously approved for dancing by the Authority, at least 14 days notice must be given to Environment and Regulatory Services (Health Protection Service) and the Licensing Authority, identifying the area to be used which should be suitable and adequate in size as the designated dance floor for the intended use, and dancing must not take place in that area unless approved by the Authority. 3. A permanent fixed residual current device (RCD) must protect the electrical power supply serving all amplified music equipment used for the purpose of live music and other entertainment. 4. The Designated Premises Supervisor, or some such other person will be assigned to act as lead safeguarder for childrens issues at the premises. 5. A proof of age policy will operate in relation to relevant licensable activities 6. The premises will liaise and cooperate with the responsible authorities. 7. A zero tolerance towards illegal drugs will operate at all times. 8. Any drinks promotions will not adversely affect the promotion of responsible drinking. 9. Customers will be encouraged to leave the premises in a quiet and orderly manner and A5 notices shall be prominently displayed on all exits reminding patrons to leave the premises in a quiet and orderly fashion to respect the local neighbours needs. 10. Staff will be trained to observe the measures necessary to promote the prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, the prevention of public nuisance, and the protection of children from harm objectives. 11. Existing fire safety precautions will be retained and maintained. 12. The premises will be adequately ventilated to prevent public nuisance. 13. Arrangements will be made to prevent the storage and disposal of refuse from becoming a nuisance. 14. Noise from licensable activities will be monitored to prevent it becoming a nuisance. 15. The designated Childrens Safeguarder must operate in compliance with the guidance and training issued by the Sheffield Safeguarding Children Board. All staff working at the premises must be trained by the Childrens Safeguarder to identify and manage potential risks to children at the premises. Staff training records must be maintained. 16. The challenge 21 scheme shall be in operation, staff shall be trained in the scheme and records of that training maintained. 17. All doors and windows shall be closed when regulated entertainment consisting of amplified music is taking place except for access and egress and in the event of an emergency. 18. The Designated Premises Supervisor or designated member of staff must take a proactive approach to noise control, checking outside the premises to ensure that noise is kept to a reasonable level from patrons using the external area and manage noise levels internally so as not to cause a nuisance at the nearest noise sensitive property. 19. CCTV is to be fitted and maintained to the South Yorkshire Police Standard as attached to this licence. 20. There shall be no entry to NEW customers after 23:30 hours on Sunday to Thursday and after midnight on Fridays and Saturdays. 21. A records book must be used to record incidents which will be kept up to date and must be made available to responsible authorities upon request. 22. The premises licence holder shall take all reasonable steps to ensure that patrons awaiting entry to the premises or leaving the premises do not cause annoyance to any other person in the vicinity of the premises. 23. A list of agreed promoters of events shall be supplied to officers at the local police station at least 7 days prior to the event taking place. 24. No drinking shall be permitted outside the front of the premises after 22:30 hours each evening.
