Additional Conditions
1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. Other than when an event is taking place at the stadium, licensable activities will only be used for pre-booked functions. 3. The DPS will be a member of the local Licence Watch (as long as it exists). 4. The designated premises supervisor, or some such other person, will be assigned to act as lead safeguarder for childrens issues at the premises. 5. The existing CCTV system to be maintained. 6. A permanent fixed residual current device (RCD) must protect the electrical power supply serving all amplified music equipment used for the purpose of live music and other entertainment. 7. All persons under the age of 16 are to be accompanied by an appropriate adult. Conditions agreed following variation to premises licence for the Centre Green:- 8. In relation to the Centre Green, notice must be given for any proposed major events involving licensable activities and/or regulated entertainment (capacity exceeding 999 persons at any one time) in writing to South Yorkshire Police Licensing Department, South Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Service and the Responsible Authority towards Public Safety. 6 weeks' notice shall be given for all such "major events" except where there are exceptional circumstances for a shorter time scale. All other events involving licensable activities and/or regulated entertainment with a capacity less than 999 people, at least 12 days' notice shall be given. 9. No events involving licensable activities and/or regulated entertainment will take place on the infield (Centre Green) until risk assessments and other event specific information including stewarding and policing proposals have, where necessary, been discussed at the event planning meetings between the licensee (or representatives) and the responsible authorities. 10. A stop and search policy will operate at the accredited turnstyles in order to prevent any drunken individuals, weapons or drugs from gaining access to the Stadium. 11. The Stadium will operate a challenge 21 policy to prevent underage drinking during any event. 12. The stadium will adhere to the accredited Safety Certificate which was issued in December 2012, specifically to enforce the Safety at Sports Grounds Act.
