Additional Conditions
1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. The pub will actively enforce a zero tolerance policy on illegal drugs. 3. The DPS will be a member of the local Licence Watch (as long as it exists). 4. All Fire fighting equipment to be kept on site and maintained as appropriate. 5. Fire action notices to be posted, and emergency escape routes to be signposted, clear and illuminated as appropriate. The fire alarm system should be regularly checked. 6. Gas equipment to be maintained and serviced on a yearly basis. Certificates relating to these inspections must be kept on the premises and made available to council officers as appropriate. 7. No emptying of bottle skips after 22:00 hours. 8. Persons under the age 16 must be accompanied and supervised by an appropriate adult at all times. 9. Anyone who appears to be under the age of 21 shall require appropriate photographic proof of age before being served alcohol. 10. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 11. All doors and windows shall be closed, save for access and egress, when regulated entertainment is present in the premises 12. The DPS or designated member of staff must take a pro active approach to noise control, checking outside the premise to ensure that noise is kept to a reasonable level from patrons using the external area and manage noise levels internally so as not to cause a nuisance to the nearest noise sensitive property. 13. The premises licence holder shall prominently display A4 notices on all exits reminding patrons to leave the premises in a quite and orderly fashion to respect the local neighbours needs. 14. The premises licence holder shall prominently display A4 notices in all external areas reminding patrons to be quiet whilst using the facilities provided and that they are in close proximity to residential accommodation. 15. The rear external courtyard area is to cease to be used by customers at 23:00 hours, seven days a week. 16. No amplified sound shall be played in the premises except through an in-house amplified sound system fitted with a sound limiter. The settings of which shall have received the prior written approval of the Environmental Protection Service. 17. All ventilation outlets, which serve the licensed area, are to be acoustically baffled and there after retained. 18. An incident log book shall be maintained and kept at the premises. 19. Plastic/polystyrene cups are to be used when appropriate such as on match days or during hot weather when more customers are using the beer garden. 20. Registered security staff are to be employed and staffed on the entrance to monitor access and behaviour. 21. No further customers are permitted to enter the premises after 23:00 hours; further customers will only be permitted under the discretion of the premises licence holder. 22. Children under the age of 18 years are not permitted in the premises after 01:30 hours on Sunday to Thursday or after 02:00 hours on Friday and Saturdays.
The license is granted subject to: 1. A Colour CCTV system to the specification of South Yorkshire Police will be fitted, maintained and in use at all times when the premises are open. CCTV images will be stored for 31 days. Police will be given access to the copies of images for purposes in connection with the prevention and detection of crime and disorder. 2. External lighting being provided in order to enhance CCTV images where necessary.
