Additional Conditions
1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. No live or recorded music to be played outside except between: 16:00 to 21:00 hours Monday to Friday 12:00 to 22:00 hours Saturday 12:00 to 21:00 hours Sunday 3. A proof of age scheme to be in operation. 4. The primary use of the premises shall be as the Sheffield University Union of Students and the primary use shall not be changed without the prior consent of Sheffield City Council. 5. The Designated Premises Supervisor, or some such other person, will be assigned to act as lead safeguarder for childrens issues at the premises. 6. To comply with the reasonable requirements of the Fire Officer, Building Control, Environmental Health and the Police to be incorporated and the altered area shall not be used for licensable activities until those authorities have inspected and pronounced themselves satisfied or have indicated that they do not wish to inspect.
