Additional Conditions
1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. A permanent fixed residual current device (RCD) must protect the electrical power supply serving all amplified music equipment used for the purpose of live music and other entertainment. 3. Additional training for all house managers on dealing with illegal activities and aggressive customers. 4. To premises will be a member of the Pub Watch scheme. 5. There will be a sensible drinking policy and training in place restrictions on discounting and promotions, sale to under 18 and drunks. 6. There will be additional training on communicating with customers when service is refused for no proof of ID. 7. There will be additional training on communicating with customers when service is refused for drunkenness. 8. External lighting of car parks and walkways. 9. Installation of APS to facilitate a quicker Police response and deter crime. 10. Increased supervision of trading area by management, staff and glass collectors etc. 11. There will be no external drinking after 23:00 hours. 12. Signs near the exits of the premises must clearly communicate that guests must respect the needs of local residents, and leave the premises quietly. 13. Delivery and collection times will not cause issues to residents. 14. There will be no external regulated entertainment. 15. External background music to be turned off at 21:00 hours. 16. Except for access and egress, all external doors and windows to remain closed during live performance. 17. Signs shall be placed outside the venue in the external area, reminding patrons that they are close to residential accommodation and should be quiet while using the facilities. 18. The DPS or designated member of staff must take a pro-active approach to noise control, checking outside the premises to ensure that noise is kept to a reasonable level from patrons using external areas and manage noise levels internally to prevent causing a nuisance to the nearest noise sensitive property. 19. Children will be accompanied by a responsible adult. 20. Children under the age of 18 are not permitted after 21:00 hours unless they are accompanied by a responsible adult and dining or attending a private, pre-booked family orientated function. 21. A Childrens Safeguarder will be assigned at the premises. The member of staff assigned to this role will act in accordance with the guidance issued by the Safeguarding Children Board and must attend the training provided by the Sheffield Safeguarding Board. 22. Staff will be trained to operate a recognised proof of age scheme, including a refusals register and staff training records will be maintained and made available to the authorities for inspection on request.
