Additional Conditions
1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. A satisfactory electrical certificate shall be provided for the premises. 3. A permanently fixed residual current device (RCD) must protect the electrical power serving amplified music equipment. 4. When dancing is to take place on the premises in an area not previously approved for dancing by the Authority, at least 14 days notice must be given to Environmental and Regulatory Services (Health Protection Service) and the Licensing Authority, identifying the area used which should be suitable and adequate in size as the designated dance floor for the intended use and dancing must not take place in that area unless approved by the Authority. 5. Suitable balustrading shall be provided at the perimeter of the dance floor as required by the Health Protection Service. 6. Full CCTV will be operational both inside and outside the premises. 7. SIA Security staff will be employed for every Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights from 21:00 hours until close of business. 8. CCRAC Radio Scheme will be in use at all times when trading. 9. Appropriate signage will be displyed at prominent positions by the exits advising patrons to leave quietly. 10. All doors and windows will remain closed to reduce noise outbreak, save for access and egress. 11. Challenge 21 Scheme will be adopted throughout the premises and will be enforced on the door entry. 12. No children are permitted on the premises after 19:30 hours.
