Additional Conditions
1. A Colour CCTV system to the specification of South Yorkshire Police will be fitted, maintained and in use at all times when the premises are open. CCTV images will be stored for 28 days. Police will be given access to the copies of images for purposes in connection with the prevention and detection of crime and disorder. 2. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises. Any embedded permissions and restrictions attached to the justices on/off licence including those specified at Appendix 1. 1. Food will be available at all times when the premises are open for the sale or supply of intoxicating liquor. 2. There shall be no sale or supply of intoxicating liquor for consumption off the premises. 3. There shall be no applications for Occasional Licences. 4. There shall be no juke box on the premises. 5. There shall be no amusement with prizes machines, pool table, video machines, skill with prize machines, pin ball machines on the premises. 6. Tables and chairs shall be provided at the premises to provide seating for a minimum of 30% of the maximum capacity fixed by the Fire Officer. 7. The maximum capacity of the premises shall be limited to 170 persons. 8. Colour closed circuit television to be provided in the premises. 9. The licensee to be a member of the Sheffield Pub Watch Scheme. 10. The licence shall only permit staff registered by the Council (under the Security Staff Registration Scheme) to be engaged in duties wholly or mainly consist of: - a) Deciding on the suitability of persons to be allowed on the premises and/or b) Maintaining order on the premises.
