Specific conditions converted from the Public Entertainment Licence Capacity 1) The number of members of the public who may be present at any one time on the premises or in any part of such premises specified below shall not exceed: - Area Capacity The whole of the premises - Seated 140 The whole of the premises Not Seated 100 1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. The need for stewards will be discussed as a condition of hire of the premises. 3. SIA door staff will be used for all in-house events. 4. Staff will be hired to monitor exit points during events in order to prevent any noise breakout. 5. The premises have a named Childrens Safeguarder who ensures that safeguarding posters are displayed on the premises, reminding parents and carers of their duty to keep their children safe and supervised whilst on the premises. 6. Any bookings which will result in children being on the premise include a copy of the Safeguarding Children policy which sets out the hirers duties. 7. The Challenge 21 scheme will be fully operated and staff will be trained in this scheme to ensure that they are aware of their responsibilities. 8. A refusal book in relation to the sale of alcohol will be maintained at the premises and will be available to Responsible Authority representatives upon reasonable request.
