Additional Conditions
1. An adult must accompany children under 14 years of age. 2. Zero tolerance towards illegal drugs will be enforced at all times. 3. Free drinking water will be available at all times. 4. A recognised proof of age policy will be enforced. 5. Noise from licensed activities will be inaudible at the nearest noise sensitive property after 23:00 hours. 6. Children under the age of 16 are not allowed to remain on the premises or in external areas after 9pm unless they are accompanied by an adult and dining or attending a pre-booked private function. 7. The Premises Licence holder shall prominently display A4 notices in the patio area reminding patrons to be quiet and respect the local neighbours needs. 8. The Designated Premises Supervisor or designated member of staff must take a pro active approach to noise control, checking outside the premises to ensure that noise from patrons is kept to a reasonable level so as not to cause a nuisance to the nearest noise sensitive building. 9. All licensable activity in the patio area of the premises is to cease at 00:00 Sunday to Thursday and 01:00 on Friday and Saturday. 10. The patio area to be adequately covered by the CCTV system to the current South Yorkshire Police specifications. 11. Enforcement by the Designated Premises Supervisor and staff to control the outside drinking specifically to the patio area and not to include the car park. 12. Outside drinking shall only be permitted until 23:00 on any night. 13. To comply with the reasonable requirements of the South Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service. 14. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises.
Annex 3 Conditions attached after a hearing by the licensing authority 30th September 2005 1. The holder of the premises licence shall nominate a member of staff to remove and dispose of any litter outside the premises originating from their business. 2. Signs near the exits of the premises must clearly communicate that guests must respect the needs of local residents, and leave the premises quietly. 3. A Colour CCTV system to the specification of South Yorkshire Police will be fitted, maintained and in use at all times when the premises are open. CCTV images will be stored for 31 days. Police will be given access to the copies of images for purposes in connection with the prevention and detection of crime and disorder. 4. External lighting being provided in order to enhance the CCTV images where necessary. 5. Regulated entertainment is permitted in the internal area only 6. Signs will be displayed with regard to the location of the toilet and CCTV 7. Glasses and bottles must be cleared regularly within the curtilage of the premises Conditions imposed by Licensing Board following a Review of the licence on 15.11.06 1. The designated premises supervisor or some other such person must be assigned to act as lead safeguarder for childrens issues at the premises. 2. A personal licence holder must be on duty in the public area of the premises at all times to authorise the sale of alcohol when alcohol is traded. 3. The Designated Premises Supervisor must be a registered member of Sheffield Licence Watch with annual membership and attendance at meetings being maintained. 4. The challenge 21 rule must be invoked at all times and posters and stickers to that effect must be clearly displayed. 5. The CCTV must be extended to cover the whole of the premises to which the public have access both internal and external to the curtilage of the premises, to the specification and satisfaction of South Yorkshire Police and will be maintained and in use at all times the premises are open. The CCTV images are to be stored for a minimum period of thirty days and must be made available to an authorised officer of the Council on production of appropriate written authorisation. Police will be given access to and may take custody of the images for purposes in connection with the prevention and detection of crime and disorder. 6. In order to comply with (v) above external lighting where required must be fitted to assist with the provision of satisfactory CCTV coverage.
