Additional Conditions
1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2.No licensable activities will take place under the authority of this licence until the premises have been inspected by the Relevant Authorities, and the licence holder has been notified that the premises are suitable. Any reasonable requirements of the authorities will be complied with in order to ensure that the premises are suitable for their intended use. 3. Each entrance to the premises will be monitored by at least 1 member of door staff from 9pm on any day the premises remains open after 01:00 hours. 4. All door staff shall be registered by the Security Industry Authority and clearly display their name badge at all times. 5. No customers apparently carrying open bottles upon entry shall be admitted to the premises at any times the premises are open to the public. 6. Persons shall only be allowed to remove drinks from the premises in sealed containers saved for consumption in an external drinking area. 7. The Designated Premises Supervisor must be a registered member of the local Sheffield Licence Watch. Annual membership and meeting attendance shall be maintained. 8. Where appropriate, prominent, clear and legible notices shall be displayed at all exits requesting that the public respect the needs of local residents and leave the premises and area quietly. 9. The premises shall operate a recognised proof of age scheme. 10. The premises shall operate a colour CCTV system to the specification of South Yorkshire Police, which shall be fitted, maintained and in use at all times the premises are open. The CCTV images will be stored for 28 days. The Police will be given access to copies of images for purposes in connection with the prevention and detection of crime and disorder. 11. The applicant shall comply with the requirements of the South Yorkshire Police and the South Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Service. 12. A permanent fixed residual current device (RCD) must protect the electrical power supply serving all amplified music equipment used for the purpose of live music and other entertainment. 13. Noise or vibrations shall not emanate from the premises so as to cause a nuisance to nearby properties. 14. Regulated entertainment shall not take place on the premises until a scheme that specifies the provisions to be made for the control of amplified music emanating from the site, has been submitted to, approved and implemented to the satisfaction of the Environmental Protection Service. The scheme shall include such combination of physical, administrative measures and other measures as may be approved by the Environmental Protection Service. 15. No amplified sound shall be played within the building except through an in-house amplified sound system fitted with a sound limiter, the settings of which, shall have received the prior written approval of the Environmental Protection Service. 16. No persons under the age of 18 shall be on the premises after 20:00 hours. 17. One staff member shall be designated as responsible for ensuring that when children are on the premise, they are adequately supervised and their attendance at the premise is appropriate. 18.
