Additional Conditions
1. No customers apparently carrying open bottles upon entry shall be admitted to the premises at any times the premises are open to the public. 2. Where CCTV is installed with recording facilities such recordings shall be retained for a period of 30 days and made available within a reasonable time upon request by the police. 3. Alcoholic and other drinks may not be removed from the premises in open containers save for consumption in any external area provided for that purpose. 4. To comply with the reasonable requirements of the fire officer from time to time. 5. To comply with the reasonable requirements of the building control officer. 6. Where appropriate, prominent, clear and legible notices shall be displayed at all exits requesting the public respect the needs of local residents and to leave the premises and area quietly. 7. Noise or vibration shall not emanate from the premises so as to cause a nuisance to nearby properties. 8. All door staff shall be registered by the Security Industry Authority and clearly display their name badge at all times. Such a person will be employed at the premises at the discretion of the designated premises supervisor / holder of the Premises Licence. 9. No films or videos of any description will be shown so that they can be viewed by persons under the age of any applicable BBFC / Local Authority certification. 10. The sale and supply of alcohol shall be confined to the following persons: a) Visitors to the premises in connection with a sporting activity. b) Attendees at a pre-booked conference, function or event. c) Employees or contractors of the operator. 11. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. Conditions attached to the justices on/off licence ALL ON 742 CONDITIONS 1. The area licensed for the sale, supply and consumption of intoxicating liquor shall be outlined in red on the plan deposited with and approved by the Licensing Justices. 2. The sale and supply of intoxicating liquor shall be confined to persons: a. Attending the centre and participating in sporting activities. b. Attending the centre as spectators to sporting activities, held within the Sports Centre building. c. Employed on the premises. Floor Coverings and Furnishings d) All floors, floor coverings and upholstery in the premises shall be maintained in a clean condition and kept free from broken glass and other litter which is likely to be a source of danger. e) Mats, matting and other floor coverings shall be secured and maintained so that they will not ruck or be in any way a source of danger and shall be laid in such a way that they do not project more than 13mm above the surrounding floor level. f) The hangings or curtains over exit doors or across gangways shall be made to part in the centre, to hang so as to be readily drawn aside and not to trail on the floor, and be arranged so as not to conceal notices. g) All fixed or permanent decorations, hangings and furnishings shall be of inherently incombustible materials or shall be treated and maintained so that they will not readily catch fire. Temporary decorations shall not be used except with the consent of the Council in writing and in accordance with any conditions of such consent. 2. Arrangement Of Furniture And Equipment The furniture and equipment in the premises shall be so arranged as to allow free access to the exits and all gangways shall, while the public are on the premises, be kept free from obstructions.
