Additional Conditions
1. The entrance door must be kept locked. 2. The premises must not be run as a public house. 3. There must be no external advertisements on the premises to show sale of alcohol. 4. At the point of entry to the premises and in bar areas, a recognised proof of age scheme must be operated in compliance with the multi agency guidance issued by the Safeguarding Children Board, Police and Trading Standards. 5. All staff/entertainers must be aged 18 years or over. A record of each employees name, address, national insurance number, photograph and date of birth will be retained and these details must be checked and verified by the premises manager or premises licence holder, against other recognised forms of identity (passport; photo- driving licence). These records must be retained at the premises for a minimum of 12 months from the date of employment/performance and made available to officers of Responsible Authorities on request. 6. Signage must be displayed at points of entry that persons under the age of 18 are prohibited. 7. Persons re-entering the premises must be subject to the same security and identity checks as customers first entering the premises at any given period of trade. 9. Alcohol drinks shall be sold and supplied to customers in cans or plastic bottles or the use of polycarbonate drinking glasses, except for the sale of champagne bottle drinks. 10. Existing CCTV fitted internally and externally is kept maintained and in use at all times whilst the premises are open. Authorised officers and Police will be given access upon request.
