Additional Conditions

• 1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. In the auditorium, all customers will be seated. 3. Children under 12 will not be admitted to a film exhibition after 11:00 pm unless accompanied by an adult. 4. Staff on duty at premises with a staff alerting system will be the minimum set out on page 163 of the guidance issued under s182 of the Licensing Act 2003. 5. Alcohol will only be served to persons over 18 and proof of age will be requested when the minimum age is in doubt. 6. The premises licence variation will be constructed in accordance with Drawing Numbers 3588 Ml1P. 3588 CL1P, 3588 CL2 and 3588 Pl2 as served with the application or in the case of any alteration to that drawing, any further drawing served on the responsible authorities and Licensing Authority prior to the alterations being completed. Any embedded permissions and restrictions attached to the justices on/off licence including those specified at Appendix 1. Specific conditions converted from the Children’s Certificate. 1. Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult. 2. Meals and beverages other than intoxicating liquor must be available in the designated area during the hours when the certificate is in force. 3. Any open fire must be fitted with a childproof guard.
