Additional Conditions
1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises. 2. The Challenge 21 proof of age scheme must be operated and a refusals book maintained and signage displayed. Staff must be trained to operate this scheme and staff training records must be maintained and made available to authorities upon request 3. A satisfactory electrical certificate shall be provided. 4. A permanently fixed residual current device (RCD) must protect the electrical supply serving amplified music equipment for live music and DJ. 5. New floor surfaces in public areas and thoroughfares shall have a suitable non-slip finish. 6. The Premises Licence Holder / DPS must ensure that all fire safety equipment is maintained and checked regularly and shall comply with the reasonable requirements of the South Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Service. 7. All events run by the Worrall Community Association will be stewarded by committee members. 8. Any hire of the hall will be subject to signed terms and conditions. 9. Large events (e.g. Bonfires / Galas), will be subject to South Yorkshire Police and South Yorkshire Fire notification where necessary. 10.
