Additional Conditions
1. The DPS will be a member of the local Pubwatch Scheme (where active). 2. Text and/or radio pagers, where already used will be used for any additional hours. 3. Toughened glass will continue to be used during any additional hours. 4. The CCTV system will be maintained and operation during trading hours. The South Yorkshire Police reserve the right to review the CCTV system at any time. 5. There will be no promotions that encourage illegal, irresponsible or immoderate consumption in line with the companiesÂ’ alcohol and social responsibility policy. 6. Reasonable steps are taken to recognize the rights of the local residents and to encourage customers to leave the premises quietly. 7. Managers are required to liaise with local neighbours as part of their duties and resolve any reasonable concerns in accordance with our Role in the Community Guidelines. 8. Managers and staff are briefed in the importance of their responsibilities in ensuring alcohol is not served to people who are under 18 years of age. 9. Children under 16 years of age are prohibited from the premises after 8:00pm. 10. No adult entertainment (paid for by the company of a nude physical nature) is permitted at these premises. 11. Any children under 16 remain the responsibility of the accompanying adult when using the premises (and/or exterior area). 12. Staff are not allowed to be in sole supervision of children which remain the responsibility the accompanying adult at all times.
