Additional Conditions
1.When dancing is to take place on the premises in an area not previously approved for dancing by the Authority, at least 14 days notice must be given to Environment and Regulatory Services (Health Protection Service) and the Licensing Authority, identifying the area to be used which is not less than 20% of the capacity on a 0.4m2/person designated dance floor for the intended use, and dancing must not take place in that area unless approved by the Authority. 2.The premises are to be covered by the internal CCTV system with video monitoring. 3.The external drinking areas are to be lit. 4.The DPS is to be a member of the pub watch scheme. 5.The DPS will enforce a proof of age / identity policy. 6. The fire alarm system is to be installed, tested and contractually maintained. 7.Emergency lighting and illuminated exit signage is to be installed. 8.Circuit breaker sockets are to be installed for performers. 9.Fire fighting equipment is to be installed. 10.An electronic volume limiter is to be fitted. 11.The building is to be fitted with double and triple glazing. 12.The premises will manage customer departure. 13. Persons under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult and are not permitted after 22:00 hours unless dining or attending a private, pre-booked function. 14.Noise from regulated entertainment to be inaudible after 11pm at the nearest noise sensitive location. 15.All windows and doors are to remain shut during licensed entertainment except for customer access and egress 16.No amplified sound shall be played within the building except through an already fitted in-house amplified sound system fitted with a sound limiter, the settings of which shall have received the prior written approval of the Licensing Authority before the second appointed day. 17.There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children.
