1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. Any existing CCTV will be maintained in working order, and operated when the premises are trading. 3. The Designated Premises Supervisor for these premises must be a registered member of Sheffield Licence Watch. Annual membership and meeting attendance should be maintained. 4. Gas and electrical equipment to be maintained and serviced on a yearly basis. Certificates relating to these inspections must be kept on the premises and made available to council officers as appropriate. 5. All windows to remain closed when live or recorded music is played. 6. Signs near the exits of the premises must clearly communicate that guests must respect the needs of local residents, and leave the premises quietly. 7. All persons under the age of 18 to be accompanied by an adult. 8. No persons under 16 years of age will be permitted on the premises after 21:00 hours.
