Additional Conditions
1. The DPS will be a member of Sheffield Licence Watch so long as it exists. 2. Kitchen extract filters will be cleaned at least once a fortnight to minimise the impact of cooking smells on neighbours. 3. All windows will be kept closed after 22:00 hours. 4. No persons under the age of 18 will be allowed inside the premises after 22:00 hours. 5. A permanent fixed residual current device (RCD) must protect the electrical power supply serving all amplified music equipment used for the purpose of live music and other entertainment. 6. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises.
1. The sale of alcohol is restricted to alcohol for consumption on or within the curtilage of the premises only. 2. The applicant shall install signs both on the premises and in the car park to the premises requesting that patrons leave the premises quietly and with due respect to neighbouring residents.
