Additional Conditions
1. A permanent fixed residual current device (RCD) must protect the electrical power supply serving all amplified music equipment used for the purpose of live music and other entertainment. Any embedded permissions and restrictions attached to the justices on/off licence including those specified at Appendix 1. 1. The licensee shall be a member of the Pub Watch Scheme. 2. Colour CCTV will be installed in positions agreed with the Police and tapes stored for such period of time as the Police may specify. 3. There shall be no sale of intoxicating liquor for consumption off the premises except in sealed vessels. 4. No intoxicating liquor shall be sold or supplied otherwise than to a. a member of the Sheffield Sporting Club who has been duly admitted to membership after an interval of at least 24 hours between submission of written application for membership and admission to the club. b. bona fide guests of members introduced in accordance with Club Rules. c. a member of a visiting sports team competing in matches at the club and their bona fide supporters. d. any person attending a pre-booked party, dinner, reception, dance, seminar, conference, exhibition or other similar event at the premises. e. any employee of the club. f. any person attending the club on the occasion of any official opening event or events which shall have been approved in advanced by the Licensing Justices. 5. Members shall not be allowed to introduce more than four guests at any one time. 6. A list of the names and addresses of duly elected members of the club shall at all times be maintained on the premises and be available for the production to a Police Officer in uniform. 7. A copy of the Rules of the Club shall be deposited with the Chief Constable. Notice of intention to make any alterations to the said Rules shall be given in writing to the Justices Chief Executive and the Chief Constable not less than 14 days before such alteration to take effect.
1. The applicant is to ensure the installation of a noise limiter and timer, to be approved by the City Councils Environmental Noise Officer, before 24th of November 2005. 2. An official complaints procedure is to be established and approved by the City Council, a record of these complaints must be retained on the premises and made accessible to the Police or an authorised Council Officer. 3. Appropriate signs must be erected and displayed, as approved by the City Councils Environmental Noise Officer. These signs must reinforce the need for patrons to leave the premises quietly and with due respect to neighboring residents. 4. All windows facing Prince Of Wales Road are to be locked at 11:00pm each day. 5. The charter agreed with local residents must be revised to reflect the changes to the complaints procedure. Meetings with local residents are to be arranged on a regular basis, to address any concerns that local residents may have. 6. The Assistant Chief Executive, Legal and Governance, being required to request the City Councils Environmental Noise Officer to carry out a noise attenuation survey within three months of 24th November 2005, in order to establish independent information with regard to the potential for noise break out as a result of the agreement to vary the licence.
