Additional Conditions

• 1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises. 2. No customers apparently carrying open bottles upon entry shall be admitted to the premises at any times the premises are open to the public. 3. Alcoholic and other drinks may not be removed from the premises in open containers save for consumption in any external area provided for that purpose. 4. Where appropriate, prominent, clear and legible notices shall be displayed at all exits requesting the public respect the needs of local residents and leave the premises and area quietly. 5. Noise or vibration shall not emanate from the premises so as to cause a nuisance to nearby properties. 6. No films or videos of any description will be shown so that they can be viewed by persons under the age of any applicable BBFC/ Local Authority certification. 7. Noise from music or entertainment must not be audible at the nearest noise sensitive building. A responsible attitude is necessary from all persons having control of the entertainment to ensure noise is kept to a sensible level. Good management of the premises is necessary to prevent minor incidents such as the opening of fire doors (except in an emergency) and windows when public entertainment is taking place. 8. A permanent fixed residual current device (RCD) must protect the electrical power supply serving all amplified music equipment used for the purpose of live music and other entertainment.
