Additional Conditions
Any embedded permissions and restrictions attached to the justices on/off licence including those specified at Appendix 1. 1. A colour CCTV system to the specification of South Yorkshire Police will be fitted, maintained and in use at all times the premises are open. CCTV images will be stored for 28 days. Police will be given access to, and copies of images for purposes in connection with the prevention and detection of crime and disorder. 2. No persons under the age of 18 years to be on the premises after 8pm. 3. The premises will be monitored by a minimum of 2 members of SIA registered door staff from 9pm until closure on any day the premises remains open after midnight. 4. The holder of a Personal Licence will be on duty within the premises at all times after 7.00pm that the premises are open for the sale and supply of alcohol. 5. Persons shall only be allowed to remove drinks from the premises in sealed containers. 6. The premises will primarily operate as a restaurant with seated dining, and facilities for occasional consumption of alcohol without food. Substantial food will be available up to one hour before sales of alcohol cease. 7. No additional licensable activities will take place under the authority of this licence until the premises have been inspected by the Relevant Authorities, and the licence holder has been notified that the premises are suitable. Any reasonable requirements of the authorities will be complied with in order to ensure that the premises are suitable for their intended use. 8. To acquire a suitable number of radio set(s) for that premise and take the CCRAC Radio Scheme into use at all times when trading, and continue to be a user whilst this system / facility is in use in Sheffield. 9. All alcohol sales for delivery will be in association with and accompany a substantial food order. 10. All alcohol sales for delivery must be purchased by a credit/debit card transaction. 11. The person delivering the alcohol order must be aged 21 years or older. 12. The Challenge 21 rule must be enforced rigorously with all deliveries of alcohol and where necessary only recognised forms of identification used to verify the age of the recipient customer. 13. Only alcohol relating to the specific orders being delivered may be carried upon the delivery vehicle at the time if the order being delivered. 14. Documentation identifying the extent of each order must be carried upon the delivery vehicle and readily available for inspection at any time. 15. The Designated Premises Supervisor for these premises must be a registered member of Sheffield Licence Watch. Annual membership and meeting attendance should be maintained. 16. The Designated Premises Supervisor, or some other such person, should be assigned to act as lead safeguarder for childrens issues at the premises. 17. The rear stairway should be separated from the Kitchen area by a half hour fire door with self closing mechanism. 18. Emergency lighting points must be replaced immediately and maintained. 19. The nosing, to steps between the restaurant and lower seating/bar area must be highlighted. 20. A minimum of 60 dining seats with tables shall be provided and the total capacity of the premises shall not exceed 110 persons.
