Additional Conditions
1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. A CCTV System to the spcification of South Yorkshire Police will be fitted, maintained and in use at all times when the premises are open. CCTV images will be stored for 31 days. Police will be given access to the copies of images for purposes in connection with the prevention and detection of crime and disorder. 3. Radio sets will be acquired for the premises and the CCRAC (City Centre Retailers Against Crime) radio scheme will be used at all times when trading. 4. Persons shall not be allowed to remove drinks from the premises in open containers. 5. No customers carrying open bottles upon entry shall be admitted to the premises. 6. The use of plastic drinking vessels must be risk assessed according to the event. 7. The Designated Premises Supervisor or other suitable person shall be an active member of the local pubwatch scheme. 8. Signs shall be displayed at all exits requesting the public respect the needs of the local residents and to leave the premises and the area quietly. 9. The Challenge 25 proof of age scheme will be oeprated at the premises and a refusal log will be in use and be made available to the relevant responsible authorities on request. 10. Security Staff (SIA registered) will be employed at the premises on a risk assessment basis. 11. A zero tolerance drugs policy will be in use at the premises. 12. Staff will receive training on matters concerning underage sales, drugs policies, and operating procedures. Records of such training will be kept and made available for inspection of the authorities. 13. A satisfactory electrical certificate shall be provided for the premises. 14. A permanent fixed residual device (RCD) must protect the electrical power serving all amplified music equipment used for the purposes of live music or similar entertainment. 15.Patrons will be encouraged by staff to leave quietly. Where appropriate, the licensee or suitable staff member will monitor patrons leaving at closing time. 16. Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted at any time. 17. A minimum of one trained member of staff must be designated to undertake age verification checks at the point(s) of entry to the premises. 18. All staff working on the door and bar will be trainined by a suitably qualified or experienced person, to enforce the Challenge 25 scheme including induction and refresher training. Staff training records must be maintained including the date of training, the signature and printed name of the trainer and trainee. 19. Challenge 25 scheme signage must be displayed at points of entry and in the bar area(s). 20. Persons accessing the venue using VIP, guest pass or other concessions must be subject to the same security and age verification checks as all other customers entering the premises. 21. The premises must participate in the South Yorkshire Police and Sheffield Safeguarding Children Board false ID bailment scheme.
