Additional Conditions
1. A Colour CCTV system to the specification of South Yorkshire Police will be fitted, maintained and in use at all times when the premises are open. CCTV images will be stored for 28 days. Police will be given access to the copies of images for purposes in connection with the prevention and detection of crime and disorder. 2. Children under the age of 16 years are not permitted after 19:00 hours. 3. No persons under the age of 18 years to be on the premises after 20:00 hours. 4. Persons shall only be allowed to remove drinks from the premises in sealed containers. 5. The pub manager is required to actively participate in and support the local Pubwatch scheme (where active). 6. Text and/or radio pagers, where already used will be used for any additional hours. 7. Toughened glass is currently in use and will continue to be used during any additional hours. 8. There will be no promotions that encourage illegal, irresponsible or immoderate consumption in line with the companys alcohol and social responsibility policy. 9. The premises operate a Challenge 21 policy. 10. No adult entertainment (paid for by the company of a nude physical nature) is permitted at these premises. 11. Any children under 16 remain the responsibility of the accompanying adult when using the premises (and/or exterior area). 12. The need for door supervisors will be addressed by way of risk assesment and cognisance will be taken of any Police advice. 13. Non alcoholic beverages shall be available for retail at all times sale by retail of alcohol is carried out at the premises. 14. The company to operate a zero tloerance with regards to drugs. 15. An incident log book shall be kept on the premises and made available on request to an authorised officer of the Council or Police which will record the following:- (a) any incidents of disorder (b) any seizures of drugs or offensive weapons (c) any ejections of patrons. 16. Reasonable steps will be taken to recognise the rights of local residents and to encourage customers to leave the premises quietly. 17. Notices will be displayed at the premises exits requesting customers leave quietly. 18. A log shall be kept detailing all refused sales of alcohol. The log shall include the date and time of the refused sale and the name of the member of staff who refused the sale. The log shall be made available on request to an officer of the Licensing Authority or the Police.
