Additional Conditions
1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. Where CCTV is installed with recording facilities such recordings shall be retained for a period of 30 days and made available within a reasonable time upon request by the police. 3. Alcoholic and other drinks may not be removed from the premises in open containers save for consumption in any external area provided for that purpose. 4. Any disorderly conduct on the premises will be notified to the police. 5. All persons under the age of 16 to be accompanied by an appropriate adult. 6. Children under the age of 16 are not permitted at the premises after 22:00 hours unless they are dining or attending a bona fide pre-booked function that has been risk assessed by the premises management to be suitable for persons under the age of 18. 7. Signs near the exits of the premises must clearly communicate that guests must respect the needs of local residents, and leave the premises quietly. 8. The Designated Premises Supervisor or designated member of staff must take a pro-active approach to noise control, checking outside the premises to ensure that noise is kept to a reasonable level from patrons using the external area and manage noise levels internally so as not to cause a nuisance to nearby noise sensitive properties. 9. All doors and windows shall be kept closed during musical regulated entertainment at the premises except for access and egress and in the case of an emergency.
