Additional Conditions
1. Illumination is provided to the exterior areas of the pub. 2. The premises is to be equipped with emergency lighting, illuminated exit signs and a fire detection system throughout the entire building. 3. All fire fighting equipment, electrical and gas appliances are to be tested annually. Certificates relating to these inspections must be kept on the premises and made available to council officers as appropriate. 4. All windows to the bar area and function room are to remain locked unless this constitutes a fire hazard. 5. Unaccompanied children are not permitted on the premises, all children must be off the premises by 9:00 pm. 6. No nudity of striptease is to be allowed on the premises. 7. Anyone who appears to be under the age of 21 shall require appropriate photographic proof of age before being served alcohol. 8. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children.
