Additional Conditions
1. The DPS will be a member of the local Licence Watch (as long as it exists). 2. There are to be no irresponsible drinks promotions, which encourage immoderate or excessive drinking. 3. All emergency lighting and fire procedure to be implemented and maintained as appropriate. Maintenance agreements, emergency lighting, fire alarms, electrical and gas checks, PAT tests and other non-statutory contracts are to be maintained as appropriate. Fire action notices are to be displayed. 4. Escape routes are monitored and maintained. 5. Kitchen extract and pub ventilation systems are to be regularly cleaned and maintained. 6. All waste bins are to be emptied regularly with regular checks being made to the perimeter of the premises. 7. Signs near the exits of the premises must clearly communicate that guests must respect the needs of local residents, and leave the premises quietly. 8. Anyone who appears to be under the age of 21 shall require appropriate photographic proof of age before being served alcohol. 9. All persons under the age of 18 are to be accompanied by an appropriate dining adult. 10. When dancing is to take place on the premises in an area not previously approved for dancing by the Authority at least 14 days notice must be given to Environment and Regulatory Services (Health Protection service) and the Licensing Authority identifying the area to be used which should be suitable and adequate in size as the designated dance floor for the intended use and dancing must not take place in that area unless approved by the Authority. 11. A permanent fixed residual current device (RCD) must protect the electrical supply Serving all amplified music equipment used for the purpose of live music. 12. A child proof adequate guard is fitted to any open fire. 13. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children.
