Additional Conditions
1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children, save for the use of authorised AWP machines and cigarette machines. 2.A permanent fixed residual current devise (RCD) must protect the electrical supply serving all amplified music equipment used for the purpose of live music. 3.Colour CCTV system as previously agreed with South Yorkshire Police to be maintained and in use at all times the premises are open. CCTV images will be stored for 31 days. Police to be given access to images for purposes in connection with the prevention and detection of crime and disorder. 4.Persons shall only be allowed to remove drinks from the premises in sealed containers. 5.Additional training will be provided for all house managers on dealing with illegal activities and aggressive customers 6.To be a member Pub Watch scheme as long as it remains. 7.There will be a sensible drinking policy and training in place regarding restrictions on discounting and promotions and sale to persons under 18 and drunks. 8.There is external lighting of car parks and walkways. 9.The premises will install and APS (Advance Protection System) to facilitate a quicker Police response & deter crime. 10.Signs near the exits of the premises must clearly communicate that guests must respect the needs of local residents, and leave the premises quietly. 11.Except for access and egress, all windows and doors to remain closed when live music is played. 12.There will be no external regulated entertainment or background music. 13.No children are to be allowed on the premises after 19:00. 14.An audited proof of age scheme to be in place.
