Additional Conditions
1. Notices will be displayed at exits reminding customers to disperse quietly. 2. A Colour CCTV system to the specification of South Yorkshire Police will be fitted, maintained and in use at all times when the premises are open. CCTV images will be stored for 28 days. Police will be given access to the copies of images for purposes in connection with the prevention and detection of crime and disorder. 3. Persons shall only be allowed to remove drinks from the premises in sealed containers. 4. Each entrance to the premises shall be monitored by at least one member of door staff from 21:00 hours on any day the premises remains open past 01:00 hours. 5. Persons will not be permitted to enter the premises after midnight on any night. 6. When dancing is to take place on the premises in an area not previously approved for dancing by the Authority, at least 14 days notice must be given to Environment and Regulatory Services (Health Protection Service) and the Licensing Authority, identifying the area to be used which should be suitable and adequate in size as the designated dance floor for the intended use, and dancing must not take place in that area unless approved by the Authority. 7. A permanent fixed residual current device (RCD) must protect the electrical power supply serving all amplified music equipment used for the purpose of live music and other entertainment. 8. The Designated Premises Supervisor, or some other such person, will be assigned to act as lead Safeguarder for children's issues at the premises. 9. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children.
Conditions attached following the application for review of the premises licence and the hearing to determine the review held on 9th August 2012. 1. No licensable activities to take place at the premises for a period of three months. The three month period will start on 12th August 2012 and end on 12th November 2012. 2. No under 18's to be on the premises at any time. 3. Challenge 25 to be in operation at the premises. 4. The premises to became a member of pub/licence watch and maintain regular attendance 5. Staff employed at the premises must receive training which is refreshed annually and records of the training are to be kept. 6. No alcohol to be consumed in the outside area at any time. 7. No tables and chairs to be in the outside area. 8. Refusal log to be kept and available for inspection by authorised officers from South Yorkshire Police, the Responsible Authorities and the Licensing Service. 9. A drug box to the requirements of South Yorkshire Police to be in place at the premises 10. On Sheffield Wednesday home match days pool cues and balls will be locked away for the entire day 11. On Sheffield Wednesday home match days, SIA registered door staff to be on each access door from opening until closing.
