Additional Conditions
1. To be a member of pub watch (as long as it remains). 2. Signs will be placed near the exits asking customers to leave the premises quietly. 3. No external regulated entertainment. 4. All windows and external doors to be kept shut during live performances save for customer access and egress. 5. A Colour CCTV system to the specification of South Yorkshire Police will be fitted, maintained and in use at all times when the premises are open. CCTV images will be stored for 28 days. Police will be given access to the copies of images for purposes in connection with the prevention and detection of crime and disorder. 6. Persons shall only be allowed to remove drinks from the premises in sealed containers. 7. No persons under the age of 18 years to be on premises after 20:00 hours. 8. A permanent fixed residual current device (RCD) must protect the electrical power supply serving amplified music equipment used for the purpose of live music and other entertainment. 9. Access to the stage, as detailed on the submitted plan, will be restricted to performers only, access will be prohibited to members of the general public and other customers. 10. When dancing is to take place on the premises in an area not previously approved for dancing by the Authority, at least 14 days notice must be given to Environment and Regulatory Services (Health Protection service) and the Licensing Authority, identifying the area to be used which should be suitable and adequate in size as the designated dance floor for the intended use, and dancing must not take place in that area unless approved by the Authority. 11. New floor surfaces in public areas and thoroughfares shall have a suitable non-slip floor. 12. A satisfactory electrical certificate shall be provided for the premises. 13. The varied premises licence shall not become effective until the Health Protection Service have inspected the premises with regards to the electrical certificate, floor surfaces and any other matter raised during the consultation period, to ensure that these items have been appropriately addressed in respect of service requirements. 14. To comply with the reasonable requests of South Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Service.
1. No external drinking to take place after 23:00 save for the designated smoking area/courtyard. 2. A lobby will be provided and maintained to the satisfaction of the City Council to the door serving the outdoor courtyard area. 3. Double or secondary glazing must be installed to all windows serving all public areas.
