Additional Conditions
1. Alcohol is not sold to anyone who appears to be under the influence of alcohol. 2. Alcohol is not knowingly sold to anyone underage. 3. A refusal book will be kept and checked by the designated premises supervisor and area manager on a monthly basis. 4. A Colour CCTV system to the specification of South Yorkshire Police will be fitted, maintained and in use at all times when the premises are open. CCTV images will be stored for 31 days. Police will be given access to the copies of images for purposes in connection with the prevention and detection of crime and disorder. 5. First aid equipment is available on the premises. 6. An incident book is maintained and will be checked on a monthly basis by the designated premises supervisor. 7. Any spillages or breakages will be dealt wit on accordance wit the companys health and safety policy. 8. Noise, light and smell levels will be controlled to reduce the risk of causing public nuisance. 9. There will be adequate litterbins provided for the customers. 10. Prove it, citizen card, challenge 25 or similar schemes are implemented as well as employees are trained in accordance with the companys policy as to the sale of alcohol, cigarettes, solvent and blades. 11. Till prompts are used to remind operators to check ages of customers.
